This app has recently started force quitting itself. I can open for the first time and select something to watch, but when I go back later to either change the channel or disconnect from chromecast, it force quits within 3 seconds. I’ve had this complaint from a few other friends, as well. I think this needs an app update. Thanks

I’ve downloaded the app three times but cannot click anything... it shows that I’m clicking but literally nothing happens.

Was excited when ESPN was going to carry Sky coverage of F1. Was horrified when every time I left the app, or locked/unlocked my phone the video crashed and a “unable to play video” message pops up. This happens if you respond to text messages, have to silence an alarm, anything. I then get to RESTART the video and try to catch up to where I was (for replay) or miss whatever happened while I was out. F1 coverage is literally the only reason I am keeping cable and ESPN. Thank god F1 is coming out with their own coverage. When that happens I will be dropping ESPN like a hot rock. It’s too bad all they are interested in is way over-covering football and basketball with political slants. No wonder Disney is considering selling them off.

This app is terrible. All other major sports apps work way better. So slow, lags, freezes. Why invest money to get espn+ when this app is broke and has been for sometime. Why add more features when the number one priority would be working to get streaming on all devices to work. I would not recommend to anyone. ESPN clearly doesn’t care about their customers. It’s a wonder why the 1 stars are gaining on the 5 stars. Smh.

How does a massive media company no update their app for 7 months???! This thing works only when it wants to and right now I can’t even open it to see the nba playoffs or the draft. Embarrassing.

The Jazz/Thunder game went too late last night, so I woke this morning, got out my ancient iPad, logged in to my TV provider and watched a GREAT 4th quarter. There were no tech issues, no hiccups, no problems; I watched without a hitch. I read some bad reviews and feel for their frustration, but the app worked great for me.
