TV provider function is broken.

JohnnyEncore

Once you choose one TV provider your stuck using it. There’s no option to change or update provider. Seems like a simple thing to fix but If you change cable, you might as well delete the app. I did.

Freezes constantly

RobbyP504

This problem happens on every device: iphone, iPad, laptop, and Xbox one (worse on Xbox). It's impossible to get through a whole game. I'm attempting to watch the NBA playoffs and every time I see a game is going to be broadcasted on ESPN, I know I'm going to have to just watch the highlights the next day. To put this into perspective, the service is so bad that I made my first ever review since owning the first iPhone today.

Service provider

I tried to use this app but when it says choose your service provider, the only option that comes up is to log in to optimum which I don’t have.

Constant buffering & glitches, total failure!

Junlin1999

I have Verizon Gigabit FIOS and the constant freezing & reloading streaming still makes my experience a total nightmare!

Love having it, don’t love all the problems

HottyToddyFan

Trying to watch baseball games is so frustrating. It seems every time commercials are on, there’s not a problem with freezing up. However, trying to watch a game you encounter frozen screens, black screens with the name of two other team playing in the top left corner, or the video just terminates. I wish someone could/would fix all these bugs. It’s not just on my computer!

Awful

Shayna4443

Espn has the worst streaming service ever it is constantly freezes and jumps ahead!

Video App Missing Critical Functionality

SoundsRushing_

Soooo....typically when writing requirements for a video app, or any app with sound, someone at the table raises their hand and asks how users will raise or lower the volume. Oh! The little speaker with the bar that can go up or down. “Great idea! But you know who doesn’t need it? The ESPN app for the amazon fire. Forget those people! “ Smash cut: me installing and reinstalling the app several times trying to figure out to raise the volume louder than a whisper to hear....anything...nope. No volume setting organic to the app for the Fire. ESPN....Y u hate Fire? Save yourself the time and the data...do what I have done...use your cable providers app and watch from their app. Unless you enjoy watching sports commentators whisper the play by plays.

Umm...

App needs huge updates. Looks outdated.

Horrendous App

e000000004

This app is the most frustrating app. It never works and doesn’t allow me to connect to watch games. For a network with so much money, they cannot hire people to make an app that actually works.
