My account has been debited without using the app

After downloading I couldn’t use the app so I have deleted it but my account has been debited. I want to know the reasons for charging for what I couldn’t use. Thanks

I paid $5.99 for the premium version on my Apple Watch. Every time I open this app on my watch it says the companion IOS app can’t be reached when my phone is usually still close by. I’m really mad I paid $5.99 for an app not to work on my watch, I wish I could get my money back because this is not worth $6 at all.

No where does it say this app is a paid for service until you are getting ready to pay. Bad business practice. This app does not work on my Iwatch series 6 44mm. Want a refund!!!
