I downloaded the app I tried everything and doesn’t work, even I paid for premium and didn’t work! I am very very disappointed!!!

Installations talk about companion app. Don’t know what that means. The scan QT code does not appear on watch install menu as oer instructions. Stuck with logo. Contacted support but no place to type problem. Only submit button.
