Channel fail.... really?! I did everything on the screen and it still won’t let me access it. This app needs a tune up.

App works great. Would of gave 5 stars if it had more watch faces, and or, styles. Or more ways to put personal designs. Would be 5 stars if new faces would come out regular.
Doesn’t work

Did all the steps and it’s still telling me “Failed to load channels - Background App Refresh is turned off” even though I’ve checked numerous times and it’s on. Garbage.

Went through the initial steps, and was met with “failed to load channels”. Made a account on the website, and when I try to log into the app I’m met with a “check internet connection.” Nothing wrong with my WiFi and it isn’t working in cellular data either.
Diggro not compatible

Downloaded this for my Diggro watch and it said it connected to watch and would say faces were sent but they never showed up!

I sent a message through their Facebook page and then an email through their published email address for tech-support. This was weeks ago and still have not received any reply. Finally read in the reviews here what the problem is. Their instructions say that iOS must sync with photo album, but it no longer exists.
