I downloaded the app thinking...hey looks and sounds awesome! Don’t! It’s glitchy and demands access to your contacts of which I don’t feel comfortable doing so. I’m not going to allow them access to my contacts so they can market their products to them!! Secondly, the app will NOT function unless the background app refresh is “on”. This eats up data and runs the battery down. Don’t get it!!

Love this App can use in photo as a watch face. This is the best app that Apple has incorporated with there watches. Need to have this app for our IPhones.

Is this it? I used this app for my Fossil watch and found way more watch faces to use. Why aren’t there more options for the Apple Watch? You gotta do better than this!!! Please invest in this app and provide more options. Thanks!

I can’t get watchfaces to sync to my watch from the app. Big disappointment. Seems to be a huge issue that the company is not addressing.

Watch faces sync once in a blue moon and when they finally do it always reverts back to one of the preloaded watch faces after a while. Support is non existent, reached out to support via email MONTHS ago and even though it read that I would get a response soon I never got anything back months later.

QR code not loading

I have paid faces on my Android account, but just got an iPhone. I reset my watch and had to re download the Facer app to it. Now it keeps saying failed to generate QR code please check connection. My Wi-Fi is connected and is fine. Tried restarting watch, nothing, very frustrated.

Only 5 hours

Seriously I have a brand new Fossil gen 3 watch and this app killed my watch in under 5 hours with idle . No use whatsoever. AOD turned off, I was wondering why am I not getting notifications on my watch only to find it dies in less than 5 hrs with a 100% battery , really now?

I mean seriously is the app not working or it is missing this simple yet essential function. I would like to previews the watch face before sending to my Gear S3. Is it too much to ask?
