Unfixed bugs

I haven’t even played for a hour before I hit a bug that won’t allow me to continue playing. My response was they removed my regiments equipment to fight a boss. Saying I have to beat them and then everything will be fixed. I attempted to start the battle and the same issue is occurring so I can’t continue. Which it doesn’t allow me to start the battle for a error to download a file. So far this game is garbage if this the customer support you have.

What the heck? Ever time I win in the Brigand battle the collection screen is blank and not only do I not get my rewards but I can’t exit out without closing the program. Please fix. I have dropped $15 so far on it.
