Leaving Istvaan 3

Gussssssssster

Love the game but can’t seem to leave Istvaan 3

Great game!

DaBrettster25

Overall mechanics of the game are simple to learn, but allow for lots of strategy with the differing legions. Legion strategies are true to the lore. Great card game!!

Finally a good 40k game

FirstbornIV

Although the grind is slow, this game uses very good mechanic unique for each legion, has very voice acting. Most importantly, if you’re a true fan of the lore, characters, be it warlords or troops are very faithful to the source, including unique interactions and iconic one-liners

Amazing

Best collective card game on the App Store right now. I have lost so many hours of my life playing it. It’s addicting. Side not with the most recent update it will not load. Must be something to do with the update hopefully have it fixed soon. Excited to play the emperors elite guard.

Favorite Warhammer Mobile Game

Marius Knox

This is my favorite mobile game to date. Moreover, it is my favorite WARHAMMER game to date. Plays similar to Hearthstone. But with more variety. If you love the Horus Heresy, this is the game for you.

Best card game one major suggestion

Jjvnnkf

This card game is amazing completely captures the fast paced brutality of warfare in this universe (major one is Warhammer 40k but this is based in its history around 30-31k). The only major flaw that I find is the inability to play as the faction you want from the get go. Now I understand the first five missions being a tutorial so you use a stock deck, but as soon as the shop opens I would suggest giving the option to buy 1 deck of any of the current factions as many players such as myself are fans of the universe and want to use a certain faction to play. For me it’s the Custodes I’m even ok with the price of $9.99 for the complete decks of factions that you do sell. The problem is you only give the option each day to buy any of 3 random ones which means you could be waiting awhile to get the one you want such as myself now on day 7 of not playing at all other than to check in each day to check the shop while I wait to get the faction I want to play with. Fix this and the game is an easy 5 stars thanks for the great work!!!!!!!!!!

Honest Review

Saintchaos

So I’ve been playing this game consistently for about a month now and feel I can give an honest and knowledgeable review. For the most part, it is entirely possible to play this game absolutely free and still remain competitive and successful against your opponents. The Sons of Horus starter deck that you begin with is one of the strongest in the game with proper strategy and a little luck on your side. While you can pay 9.99 for a starter deck from another legion, you can build one up for free as well, though it may take some time through loot crates and rewards from gold awarded after each win. The game is very beginner friendly as long as you understand the premise of turn based card games, and it has a slight learning curve which shouldn’t be too difficult to overcome with a day or two of practice. I really enjoy the AI opponent feature to test out new deck configurations / strategies, however even on easy, I find AI opponents putting legendary and epic cards in play almost every other turn which makes it somewhat impractical unless you have an equally strong deck to practice with. I haven’t come across any glitches or aspects of the game that make it unbalanced, but that being said, if you pour enough money into it, you can easily become unstoppable, which can be a bit unfair to the casual players. I definitely feel like no two matches are the same, and I rarely find a dull moment. I would definitely recommend this game to others as a great way to pass the time, but an improvement could be to balance some of the decks as well as the pay to win aspects to bring them more in line with other players who don’t wish to pay for the, quite honestly, extremely overpriced VIP membership. Hope this review was helpful! Enjoy, and Lupercal!

Pretty fun

BenThaPooMan

Pretty generous as far as free stuff goes, but the system for obtaining cards as a whole isn’t as rng as hearthstone, that being said some cards are much better than others and the company has to make money somehow.. the gameplay and depth can vary and the ui is irritating but I think this is a fun game, especially if you’re a 40k fanatic
