Anticipated this game for over a year and it completely lives up to my hopes and dreams. Amazing depth and great game play. The latest update with great new levels and the new iMessage invites is icing on the cake.
Buy this if you love AdvanceWars

Excellent update to advanced wars concept. Plays great on iPad. Versus mode is cool though it can take a while to finish a battle. To the developers- the only reason I rated 4 is because of a crucial mistake in the movement mechanics. I am unable to specify the exact path a unit takes. Causes some annoying strategic issues that was not an issue in the original. Perhaps you could update it so that if a user individually taps on all the desired movement squares the unit will follow that path and if user just taps on the destination square then it will take the default route. Also, more levels in single player PLEASE! Story mode was a bit short

This is exactly what I was looking for. I loved Advance Wars and wanted an iOS version. The game play is very similar and the characters are fun and quirky. My only concerns are the campaign being over too soon. I haven't played multi-player yet. A little expensive, but very well done. Worth the $5 I paid. Please keep adding content.

Not only is the turn based combat very well done, I was genuinely entertained by the characters and writing for the single player campaign. Definitely worth the buy.
