Worst service ever

Don’t bother downloading or playing this game. It’s not a matter of if, but when you have issues the Customer Service team will NEVER assist you. All you will ever receive are canned computer replies. The game can be fun but it’s not worth all the headaches that come with it.

Tickets were submitted over 12 and 6 weeks ago about bugs, still no replies.
Bugs, glitches, and a lot left to be desired.

Very buggy game play lately (lots of scoring, network lag, and other other unexplainable problems). Also, there should be a way to select maps and types of game play (ie. Naval warfare). Lots of problems with alerts, signing calendars, progress saving, etc. Aircraft do not have stats that are always competitive, nor do the equipment/setup options for many planes, actually translate in to their expected capabilities in game play. Further- Chaff existed in WW2, so why not include some missile/radar jamming (electronic warfare) options?
Good but could be better.

Maybe you could have levels where you support some sort of on ground ally or one where you do bombing runs.

The game is brilliantly conceived but that’s all. Terrible connection day after day, guns don’t fire. It takes 30 seconds for guns don’t reload. Enemy planes jump all over the place making it impossible to aim at them. I could go on anon but the simple fact is the game gets worse month after month. And the developers don’t care REVIEW UPDATES. This used to be my favorite game I have been a daily player for nine months at one time I gave it five stars now I give it one star because the technical performance of the game is absolutely MISERABLE. My plane freezes in place for 30 seconds at a time making me a dead duck. 90% of the time when I get killed it’s because my plane has frozen in place. Using my own data doesn’t help, Wi-Fi doesn’t help nothing else LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERS AND FIX THE PERFORMANCE. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME IN THE CURRENT STATUS

Excellent graphics and hours of dog fight fun. I would’ve given it a 5 star if the physics were more of a simulation than arcade. But it’s on that thin line. Great physics!! 1 on 1 would be great too I think...
