I've played the game for 3 years and it continues to worsen. Get your pocketbook out, because that's only who the developers cater to. They would rather a few spend a lot instead of many spending some. Also, IF the support team gets back to you for an issue, it could days. Time to look for another game to spend my money.

I have read a lot of the negative reviews, and it is clear that they expect things to be easy, and when things don’t go there way, or fail to protect your troops with the free everyday, troop camp bubbles....this is a war game, of course the strong will prey on the weak and small, but if the small use the camp bubbles, then no troops are lost if your castle is attacked...this is a game for the long haul, it’s a game that has no end...one week you might be in a Top Alliance, the next week you may be in 5th...can say this is a Top 10 game, haven’t put it down for over 2 years now...

For this type of game it’s well balanced and fun. Not just a credit card game. It actually cost to attack someone so people are not just attacking all day because they’re bored. Lots of little stuff to do just to make it fun. You don’t have to shield all the time.

When you spend a lot of time on a game and you pay money to play this game and you’re not getting your rewards like you should so you can advance further in the game is very frustrating. Since November I haven’t been getting my first reward in the limited events rewards. This is happening in all the worlds I play & no one else is having this problem so it’s hard not to think it’s on purpose. They used to respond saying send me screenshots so I sent them screenshots then they said no we need the time the date and the name of the limited event which was on the screenshot so I just started screen recording and sending the recording to them but no that wasn’t good enough they asked for another screenshot so I sent them another screenshot then they’re like no we need this and that never once fixed the problem just making me go around in circles. Now they won’t respond at all! So what it comes down to is, don’t play this game!!! It’s too much of a headache! So plz go play another game that’s not affiliated with the people that created this game to spend your money. This game isn’t worth all the problems.

Update 4/2/18: The developers pushed a game data update last light and took functionality away. Features that came with certain levels of castle are now gone and require you to take months to get to again-unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars to regain them faster. It took months and some money to get there first time, now *poof* devs have decided to take it away. Unless you are prepared to spend thousands of dollars, this game may not be for you. The devs clearly favor large spenders-giving them favors and freebies, even giving their troops back for free when they are hit. But for players who do not spend, devs will not help at all even when frequent game glitches and lag cause players to spend gems without intending to. Items you pay real money for are lost if you accidentally cancel a queue-too easy to do and no confirm option. The game can be fun, but be prepared to be a big spender or prey. No in between.

I have a couple of recommendation for the game to balanced it all because it isn’t well balanced between free to play and pay to win and first things first you gotta make it so that you can’t buy war scepter or divine favor using gems and also remove the thing to buy vip activation so that the only way to activate the vip is either get them by forge, event, the dev giving it out for free, and you reach a next vip lvl that would slow down the growth for the pay2win and for me I’ve been in the same world been login in everyday for more then 2 year but I’m still a lvl 19 castle free to play while other pay2win reached lvl 20 in less then 3 month and the pay2win can try to spent gem on the BSE or the event but not the thing I just said and thank you very much and I hope you do the following update

This was an excellent game!! I can see where the devs were going with it. I can also see that they want to continually make money but is it worth it to lose your long time players to few "flash in the pans"??? Those of us that played for a long time have paid money into it, not a whole lot but enough to upgrade. Theses new pple are looking for a game they can play quickly and beat quickly after having bought it.Good Luck!! Very Dissappointed!!
