Don’t ruin your life with this horrible game
I want to support this game
This game is P2P, that’s obvious. The payers will get way ahead and dominate, creating a hostile environment of bullying and slavery. On top of that your kingdom will be matched against much older kingdoms with a great power differential. What do you think will happen next? The GMs are biased, playing favoritism for their friends in the game. They will put out reports boasting how they can bully new kingdoms and laugh about it. The GMs know what they’re doing is wrong but they do it anyways and brag about it in their community reports. I don’t know how anyone thinks this is ok in 2021, but if you like to be bullied and forced into slavery, then this is your game.

Account log in issues

I am having trouble logging into one of my accounts. Customer service is slow to respond, and I am very upset, as I have spent a lot of money developing my castle and now I can’t even access my main account. There should be an easier way to get help and a faster response time. I am a primary player in my order, and I need to be there for time-sensitive events.

I had a problem where my little child made some unauthorized purchases on my debit card. I requested a refund. Itunes refunded one transaction from this app. Then the developers contacted me to pay them the amount to their paypal to avoid a ban as they can’t take the items out. I don’t have funds on my paypal so they requested me to purchase the gold package and they will take it off my account. I did that then they just banned my account completely. Total damage is 1k in a week of playing this game. I totally don’t appreciate being fooled. ? this is Fraud. They got their payment I just couldn’t handle that big damage at first which is why I contacted itunes to see if they could fix it. I was trying to fix my issue nothing more or less. Update: be aware they are full of lies. They eventually removed the permanent ban but they kicked me out of alliance (i worked so hard during events, i lost my emblems which gives tons if speed ups and are necessary to grow) i was attacked multiple times by some random accounts which I suspect being developers accounts (I lost thousands of troops while I was banned and defenseless). My legions power somehow went down from 101k to 90k. I don’t know what should I expect more of fraudulent activities in this game. Good luck if you are planning to play this game ? the sad part tho they removed the ban after I requested a refund through itunes for that transaction they fooled me to make before they banned my account. I tried contacting them but they ignore me as usual. I suggest you not trying this game unless you don’t mind thieves like them taking control over your wallet. Update: my anger is beyond limit now. I never had such bad experience in any game. This game is just unprofessional and fraudulent beyond level of expectations. I just read more reviews I see lots of people complaining about GM. I think they are not far from the truth. They are telling you the truth I hope you listen. Update: developers are acting like they didn’t receive the package when they confirmed before in another ticket that they did and took it off my account. They lied too much to me that they can’t keep up with their own lies any more.
Fun but no balance

P2w and later has no other people play with you. Bored. If you want to try just spend some bucks and kill lvl1 lvl2 quiter towns to have same fun with spend $5,000 and kill some less spenders. Not much fun compared to other war games.

I had issues with glitches for over 3 days that caused me much difficulty and losses in game. Although it took the better part of a week with back and forth communication with customer service I did finally receive a satisfactory resolution. I wish it had not been so difficult and long to reach an agreeable end. I am glad that after persistence it was resolved. My only complaint about game is the many glitches and lag that often interfere with gameplay.
