The customer support is lousy

I’ve been playing this game now for over a year and for the most part it’s fun until you have to ask customer support for help... their response is always rude and it’s basically your fault for whatever they did. I have never had such rude customer support in any game. Their new low is to transfer support tickets to random players in the game without your knowledge. So you might provide private details to what you think is the company and instead someone else in the game gets those details and responds. Huge privacy and data security risk there and I’d think a violation of Apples own terms of doing business. Just avoid this game and all of its others.

Finally, after trying out a dozen castle builder games I find this one. The graphics are very good. Quite a bit to do (especially in the beginning). Lots of cheaper packs so you can low spend but grow nicely. I still haven’t tested the war balance which is always a problem in these games. Overall I’d say it is the best current war strategy game out there.

Gms, Your languages are completely inaccurate. I think there is 1 accurate phrase. I have spent a lot time practicing the phrases to find it a waste. Use Google Translate for accurate responses, other than that it is a AWESOME game! I encounter glitches outside and in a different building, that is just the internet. I love the events, building, even KvK! Anyone who hasn’t played War Eternal is wonderful!

How are you going to charge me 2000 gold to migrate to another kingdom and when I get denied you still keep my gold to move to a place I was not allowed to move to? You really should refund people for not receiving services they asked for. You guys are crooks

This game is very addicting I love graphics of this game they are amazing, the plot of the story is very interesting and I haven’t encountered any bugs.

I have only had this game for a day and I love it! I have been around a lot of war games just like this one. But none could compare. If anyone has the chance to get this game I suggest do it. It will be worth it.
Current Event Leads to Loss of Confident

Roaring Kingdoms was billed as the set-up for the upcoming kingdom vs. kingdom events. In K94, a highly organized kingdom, the top five orders work well together. Unfortunately, with the glitches, players stopped guarding the gates. To start, battles would be over after one hit on incoming rebels. Then some gates didn’t even have battles start. For all of the money that is pumped into this game by serious players, you would think upon notification that the glitches would end immediately. They carried on throughout the first 24 hours. Wasn’t just our kingdom either. We reached out to K95, K96, and K97 and they were experiencing the same exact thing. While the glitches improved (one gate would have a battle, but two wouldn’t) it took until the daily reset for us to have 3 battles. By that time, players stopped playing for the event, everyone was frustrated and no one made an announcement despite at least four kingdoms being impacted. Then developers discounted it as players having poor connection. Four entire kingdoms had poor connections? Insane.
