First time doing a review for an app but this one has me mad. I’ve used this for over 2 years now, last year I cashed out my rewards and spent it on Christmas. This year I get an email that they will automatically be moving my rewards to an e-gift card between October 11 and 31st. Here we are end of November and still nothing. I’ve submitted to help on Walmart site no response. This exact same thing has happened to my nephew, his has disappeared as well. Come on Walmart what gives?

When I try to run the app, it says it must have an upgrade to run. When I go to the App Store to get the update, there is not any update! Pickup Feature Failed: I did turn notifications and location services on, and the App did say the store was notified. But when I got to the pickup desk, nobody was there. An employee came by and saw 3 of us waiting in line, and she went to get the guy. When he got there, he knew nothing about my order, even on his computer, and needed me to give him the order number (he couldn't scan it off my iPhone) and show an ID. I still had to sign his machine. The guy said the App does work sometimes and he does get a heads-up, but not often. Too bad, it seemed like a nice idea. But not ready for prime time. One Star for now, but I'll try again sometime.

Last night, my app was working fine. Today, it forgot I exist. However, when they needed to verify if I am who I say I am in order to refill a prescription, I gave it a prescription # and 4-digit store code and it says, “This prescription is already associated with another account.” ?!?!?!

I was placing an order and it gave me the option to pick up at store so i said oh great! Well two days later they canceled my order because they were out of stock.why offer pick up at store if you guys are out stock? I'm done with Walmart.
Why won’t the app let me use it with out the new update?

I don’t get it. If an update is optional why won’t it let me use it with the update? I like the app as is. I really don’t like updating it cuz every time I do something always changes and I really don’t want to deal with the headache of learning the app all over again. Just let me use the app and let me choose if I want to update it or not! Ugh! It isn’t hard to add a simple “update later” option on the update screen when it pops up. Is it too much to ask for me to choose when I want to update the app on my phone!? Stupid lazy programmers can’t even put in a simple “update later” option! Seriously? Are u dumb programmers? Some people want that option! Think of those people when u want to throw us a new update! Ugh!

Okay like so many people I have been doing the savings catcher for years now. I typically will let it build up and then we I get around $30 or so I start look at the clearance camping supplies. I always joke with my wife that the savings rewards are my little bonus for how much she spends there. However this last little update has really ticked me off. I know a lot of people are upset about the auto gift card transfer. I don’t mind that but I am upset that for the past few days I’ve been trying to transfer more into my gift card but every time I try it tells me oops sorry we are having trouble please try again later. I thought that it might just be the app. So I tried my laptop. When Safari didn’t work I tried Firefox. Then I wrote customer service and they said they were sorry but that I should access the site from google chrome. So I did that and it still doesn’t work. When I try to click on the transfer to gift card it won’t even acknowledge that option. I just wish that everything would be as smooth as it used to be.
