Frustrating Purchase Experience

Purchase for pickup twice and twice a hassle. How long does it take them to get the item off the shelf and have it ready for pickup? I’ll tell you, a whole lot Longer than it takes to drive over, get the items myself, wait in line, pay for the items, leave, have dinner and then go home. Ordered online for pickup. Went into the store, tried to pickup in customer service - nope. Tried to go to the electronics department, nope. Ended up having to go to Back of store and find orders pickup only to be told that the order I placed T 10:39 am and was already charged for, could not be picked up at 5:50 pm. Really? Can’t go fish the order out of the back for the customer that had been waiting in line for 20 minutes and ordered nearly 8 hours ago? Easier to order from Amazon and use Prime, thank you very much!

Cannot scan receipts!??? Can’t submit scan receipt or typed TC# (11/24/17), keep showing check TC# & date, when it’s correct!

Reward redemption is a joke!
I have lots of money built up in my rewards, however Walmart keeps indicating there is an error when I try to redeem. I have tried in a desktop with the same results. I have also tried to redeem to Bluebird, on a egift card, and through Walmart pay. No method of redemption works! ?
Can’t set up account

App would not let me set up an account. Kept getting password error. Terrible! Will just have to cross Walmart off the list
Easily search order history

I really like being able to search my in store and online order history by keyword. It’s awesome! Thanks. From my last review: (still relevant) SO HAPPY to have reorder function! Makes ordering essentials much easier! Thanks for making it easier!
Great Product, needs iPhone X support

The Walmart app works well, and mobile order and pay along with easy pick up with check in are great features. The app needs to be updated for iPhone X!

I’m unable to load images to the photo area in the App. Also unable to create a design anything in photo lab. I had to go to the actual website to create my design and upload photos.

Although I love the refill pharmacy part of the app I am a bit upset that I can no longer send my photos for developing
