Requires set up and sign in every time I use app

It's useless when I'm at a store, trying to determine the best credit card to use. I was forced to sign in and set it up every single time I'd try and use it. I'd retype yet another 4 digit pin X2 when I'm NEVER given an option to use the pin again. I have to wait for a verification code which can take up to 5-10 minutes if I'm not connected to WiFi. Then I have to wait another 5-10 minutes for my cards to load so it's not an app anyone can use while standing in line unless they're in line for up to 20 minutes. Essentially, I have to do everything but download it from the app store everytime I want to use it and that's ludicrous! If you have plenty of time and you want to set it up, type in yet another useless pin (twice) wait for the verification text and then wait for cards to load (again, without WiFi it can take up to 20 minutes) before you get the info you want, that's great. Otherwise, it's a huge waste of time. The first time I went to use it at a store, it was embarrassing but people in line did ask for the name of the app so they would know not to download it and they could spread the word to friends on social media so I guess it wasn't a total waste.I got it so I could quickly find the best card to use but there's nothing quick about this app. Seriously, you can google the info in less time than it takes to set up the app AGAIN! It's really annoying to give it even one star!!

I have a card not listed and their seemingly incompetent support kindly "added my card." Unfortunately it was nothing like my card and has quite different benefits. Why not just have an option to custom program benefits? Got tired of emailing them to try and fix their product, will be deleting this one.

Today's app update fixed the start up problem. Thanks! The Wallaby widget is useful but the app will not open past its orange start up screen.

Excellent App, but need more features

This is an excellent app to optimize cash back rewards, but need few additional features to make it even better. * More online retailers * Favorite retailers pinned to the start screen * Upcoming calendar rewards for next quarter. * Best cards for extended warranty * Purchase protection in case price drops

Rhyme all you want in your app updates but it’s still awful to use and doesn’t work.

Finally glad to see an update. Seems faster and I like the new rewards thing on the home screen for my discover and chase freedom. That’s why I use this app to keep track of that so good jorb on it.

I’ve been using wallaby for years and I love it! Wallaby has helped me earn so many rewards, and keeps track of all my card changes so I don’t have to. Keep up the good work and awesome updates!
