Good idea but does not deliver.

Recommendations are not the best. Biased towards some cards more than others. Don't know if that is by design or just bad logic.

Must have app on your phone when you need to pay

Chiapet152

This app is a must have app phone for those people who are into life hacking, coupon clipping, etc Many credit cards now have a rotating categories that they give bonus rewards every quarter Without this app you would have to write down the bonus categories for each credit cards like in the notes app and then manually compare each one when you need to pay in order to get the most rewards. This apps automates all that for free without having to pay for a monthly subscription fee. Another feature is you can add a credit card that you are considering getting and compare it during a checkout to see how it stacks against your other cards. I recently got the chase freedom unlimited credit card that I was on the fence of getting for the $150 bonus sign up but it also has 1.5% everyday reward. True you can find another card such as the one from fidelity but the fidelity one doesn't have the sign up bonus With this app it helped me decide to switch my default everyday credit card that was giving 1% to the chase card that gives 1.5 %

Old version was better

Kenny08

This current version does not allow the user to successfully change the values of the points. The user is able to change the value; however, the system does not calculate the value the user has changed. Also, the "Best Card" selection does not fully encompass the settings the user has set. It would read "Will exceed the desired minimum balance of $0.00" when I have NEVER made those settings! I have tried to correct those settings; however, the system will not incorporate the settings that I have changed. Wish I could get the old version back.

Go Wallaby!

Shamusmom

This app does exactly what I want by telling me what card to use so I don't miss out on rewards.

It keeps getting better

Wallaby just recently updated the app to expand its ambient alerts feature, which means the app will tell me which credit card to use without even opening the app. This new version is awesome.

Great Credit Utilization App!

Sandy Sheets

Downloaded this app in early 2015 to help track newly acquired travel rewards cards. Easy to setup, very intuitive & highly helpful app. Keeps track of utilization, recommends 'best card' to use at various stores, restaurants, etc. Lots of other customizable features to make the most of rewards cards! I use it so frequently that it is one of my home screen apps (& it's got to be great to get home screen real estate!).

This is a must have

I have been using Wallaby for a couple of years now and it keeps improving. This is a must have app for someone who loves to maximize their credit card rewards! The new ambient alerts are great addition and makes using the right card effortless. The Wallaby crew is very open to feedback and very responsive to issues that arise. The location recognition has improved so much and the widget for IPhone has been a great help. The ability to set rules and change reward values is helpful to see which card is the right one to use for your goals. I shop a lot online and I love being able to open the app, and search the store I am shopping to make sure I am maximizing my rewards. Thanks for the great work and I look forward to more updates and improvements!

Horrible update

App is extremely slow. Hangs. Terrible. None of the widgets are working.. cant add popular cards like Amazon prime just cuz they aren't attached to a big bank

Costco

This is embarrassing. App tells me to use my Amex at Costco. Nobody that works at wallaby must shop at Costco. So pretty much any other recommendation this app makes can be wrong as well.
