This is simply an amazing experience all around . So many different styles and courses, but the introductory course is a perfect setup. They recently added a series called “the direct path” and I just can’t explain the way it hits for me.

10/10 stars *EDIT: app is currently not able to open on m1 mac. anyone else having this issue? (new update looks superb btw) *Jan 17, 2022 and it's still not working. I miss having more than a few meditations available offline :(

Daily Meditations

I’m very happy to hear Henry Shukman on the daily meditation rotation. I’ve also been working with the Stephan Bodian Direct Approach meditations and find them very helpful. Sam is great in the daily mediations, but the diversity is certainly welcome.
