This app is one of the best things I have done for myself,I've been wanting to exercise for the last three years,it not only help me with that ,it gives me a feeling of well being.I highly recommend it.

A bit off I would say. The hypnotist has an insistent voice that is not conducive to relaxation. I have yet to find an ap that is as good as tapes I have used in the past, sadly, as this is a useful tool for embedding suggestions

I don't see how you can go wrong when this is free. Even if you have tapes or another app you like better it's nice to change up sometimes. The first thing the hypnotist says is that this is for sleeping so I don't understand why it's called good morning. I have trouble getting going in the mornings and I've used it anyway. This has been very helpful. It may not be perfect but what is?

I think that this is well worth purchase price. I have not been disappointed at all, and have gone back and added several more of their topics. I like having the ability to manipulate the volume on the background track. I will likely buy more topics.

I have completely enjoyed and benefitted from listening to Rachel's recordings. They certainly worth the price.
