Even for a free app...

Not worth the download. As soon as the phone screen went blank the app quit. When I turned screen back on the app resumed. Don't see how it can work right if every few minutes you have to start it again. Fix this & I might be able to review on the content.

I really like Meddow's hypnotic content (in other apps) and find her voice pleasant, however, this particular app seems to be broken. I haven't tried every setting, but the audio stopped playing after the induction, so I can't speak to the actual content. I hope this app gets fixed as motivation is an important issue for many people, but would recommend people check out her other hypno app for "confidence and inner strength" as that app works and has superb content.

It won't stay on when phone in sleep mode. So how effective can the hypnosis be? At this point... DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$$!

The app is great! Glad they fixed it so that if you turn animation off it will continue while the screen is off. Well worth the money!

This is the nicest way to begin my day. I usually arise around 5:30 am, take care of my fur babies and then attach my headphones and listen to this hypnosis tape for 40 minutes. Once the tape concludes, I find I'm ready to enjoy a productive day with a minimum of whining over things I cannot change. That's progress! I've also noticed I'm much more focused and able to multitask much better since I've enjoyed this app. Thank you. I'm a big fan of self hypnosis apps and look forward to enjoying any new ones you share with us.
