Unable to get working! Can’t get the last 2 steps to instructions to display as options? I’m trying to get Português translated to English. Developers do not make contact? I could not get a refund from iTunes after explaining situation!??

I am text savvy, I followed the directions, and this does not work. Only Vietnamese and Swedish are available for free I needed Spanish I paid 599, and it does not work
