Unable to get working on my WhatsApp. – W Translator for WhatsApp Review

Unable to get working! Can’t get the last 2 steps to instructions to display as options? I’m trying to get Português translated to English. Developers do not make contact? I could not get a refund from iTunes after explaining situation!??
