Frustrated!

I really liked this app at first, but now it’s frustrating. Every time I get a notification saying that I have a question, I go to the app and it says I have none. I click on the notification right away so it’s not like the question expired. Please fix this!!

It’s good and I’m about ready to cash out. However the surveys are not frequent enough maybe twice a day if that. And if you don’t qualify for the survey you’re out of luck which is frustrating. There should be more options and more surveys for more people. Also I keep getting notifications for surveys when there are none which is frustrating and you tap it and it goes into the app to show the error message which is riddled with typos and doesn’t look professional.

This is an app that I actually appreciate. I’ve tried so many survey apps but this one is legit and it makes you money FAST. I’ve had this app for a couple days and I already have $25. You answer a few questions on a survey and then that depends on if a company wants to hear your opinion. You take a video of your opinion on something and I honestly haven’t seen a video under .50 cents but most of them are $1 and they come in 5-6 different videos that you can earn $5-6 from. I love this app a lot, it’s super easy and fast to do. Highly recommend get it.

I have been trying to contact customer service because I cannot log into my account (if I can’t log in then I’ve lost the money I’ve made until now because I won’t be able to cash it out). I was so excited about the app and now this is happening to me (not only one device, but from 3 devices)

I love this app but it is definitely in need of a upgrade 1. I’m not aware of when I have new questions available to me. I have to literally check the app every 5 minutes just so I’m aware of a new question smh. 2. Why tell me that I have a survey available then when I open the app to take said survey nothing is there? Please work on notifying me of when my survey questions were approved and it’s time to record Also notify me of when it’s time to record a new video response so I don’t have to keep checking the app constantly. I’m experiencing these problems on my iPhone and yes I tried logging out and logging back in as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing has changed.

This app is very easy to use if you like to be on camera and talk about different subjects I have no problems on being on camera and speaking how I feel so this works out perfect for me
