I mean, it’s a good app for raising a little extra beer money without much effort, you just have to jump on the surveys as soon as they come… This is getting harder and harder with so many people on it. The problem is there are so many glitches and bugs. Right now, the reason I’m taking off stars is because I’m so frustrated… Every time I open the app, it tells me that I have to update and it doesn’t give me an option to close this message. I have to click the link... this takes me to the App Store, and I wouldn’t mind this if it actually updated, but it doesn’t. All it does is give me the option to open the app again, so I go around in circles. This wastes valuable time on an app where time is important. Whoever did the last update really messed up because that error message is wrong and really annoying, with no option to resolve the problem. Edit: now I edited it to be only one star because even though it was good for a while, now it is so glitchy that you can’t even get new surveys anymore unless you re-download a new copy every day. For some reason, I am getting new requests, but they don’t show anymore unless I keep doing this every single day, several times a day if I want anything to populate on the screen. Now, I have talked to their support maybe 10 times and they keep telling me they are going to fix it but they never do. Still the same problem… Every single day, I have to download another copy and then I get old requests popping up but they are outdated so I can’t do the jobs anymore (they won’t be accepted). I’m getting tired of this so I’m not putting up with it anymore… I got my last $15 out and I’m deleting the app.

How are you going to lock me out of my account and say it doesn’t exist anymore...Im hope that it was a mistake on the new update but if I don’t get a reply I’m going to have to let the my Youtuber friend who asked me to download this app with him to test it out and he will most have to put this in his video review.

I think this is a useful app for those who want to make spare money during their free time. Most surveys are fun and I enjoy the app so far. Please send more to earn because during the pandemic, we really look forward to earning some good spare money.

Overall the app does what it says you record a video you send it in for approval and you get money or credited to your account. However the only drawback that I’ve been experiencing is whenever I close the app I need to re-login every single time. It’s not a huge deal but it can be an inconvenience from time to time. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.

Great idea, but has some significant problems

I’d heed the more critical reviews on here. It’s a great idea for an app and I started off with a lot of opportunities. It’s got a really simple and clean interface and they’ll approve your videos for compensations within a matter of minutes which is nice. Besides a pretty slow upload time, it was still alright and easy change money that was adding up. I started getting frequent “New Survey” notifications, which I was liking, but the screen is *almost always* blank when I click on it. Maybe the surveys had reached their limit, but the notification will stay there unlike a video response notification that will go away once the opportunity is filled/done. Usually they’ll pop up, but it’s after clicking back and forth and waiting several times. Other times, it never shows up. Recently, it’s also been logging me out almost every time I close out of the app, so I’ve stopped getting alerts all together, which makes it pretty hard to record a response before the limits reached for that Q. I’ve reached out to customer service three times, just letting them know of these small bugs for future updates as I really did like the app! Never got a response, and the issues are just more frequent.

Overall I give this app five stars it’s actually a great app I’ve used it for a few months now I’ve cashed out a couple of times I like the fact that you make a little videos and get to explain different things about different products and different things!!
