Love it but needs some key features

Eevin

Fantastic programming, smart adjustments, and exercise selection. I’ve used several different apps over the years and the periodization is superior on this app. Others have mentioned the lack of these key features that are available in other apps, and would make Volt the ultimate all-in-one for users who don’t want to switch between multiple apps to find info: - Search feature. If I need to switch out bench press for something else, I have to scroll through movement categories rather than just search for it. The flip side of having a huge exercise library (definite pro!) is having to manually scroll for everything. - Muscles worked. While some users (like myself) already know which muscle groups are worked in each movement due to prior experience, many other users have to look up which primary and secondary muscle groups are targeted in, say, “double leg push” movements. Although both are compound movements, grouping deadlifts in with leg press is less than helpful when one is trying to select movements based on prior injury (etc). Having a diagram with the muscles worked in the post-workout summary would be bomb as well- something I used to send to my coach when I used other apps like BodyFit. - Allow weight decibels. Currently we can only input weights as whole numbers. Probably not a huge deal for most people, but that .5 lb makes a huge difference on movements like rear delt lateral raises and other accessories progressive overload.

Love the app, time is warped

I love the app, but sometimes I work out for 90 minutes and my finished workout comes out to 60 minutes

The best fitness app, period!

As a former collegiate athlete who has been seeking something to fill the missing void of training with a team and coach, I can wholeheartedly say Volt is the ultimate fitness app. The expertly crafted programming has gotten me lifetime PRs in several lifts, it guided me through my first pregnancy and now, 8 months post-partum, I’m already hitting the same weights I hit pre baby. I wish I had this app in college- but grateful to have it now. My husband started using it, too, and we can’t wait for our little guy to watch us train on it for many many many years to come.

Didn’t knew that the developers responded back to my email back in June?. Still was using the app same issue but I followed the steps to resolve the problems issue.

Great app with need for improvements

This app is great for busy professionals looking for a great workout. I would propose making this app also available for the Apple Watch to further streamline the workout and also provide more ways for tracking progress.

Biggest Gains I’ve Ever Made are with this App

I’ve been with Volt since the early days of its inception. I wanted an app that gave me a baseball specific workout, and this app delivers that and more. The only sports-specific workout app I’ve found, for a fraction of what you’d pay a trainer for. Great customer service, frequent updates, and the interface is clean and easy to use. You can even sub out exercises for something within the same muscle group if you’re traveling and say, don’t have access to a gym. Between this and Whoop, I’ve got a training program built for me.

Good app

I enjoy the app but I wish it would auto add the warmup and finishers. I spend too much time trying to decide which I should and make sure I’m hitting the amount of suggested days, etc. it would be great if these things were auto added to the program

Personal Trainer

I love that this app just tells me what exercise to do, as well as keeps track of my weights. The run down at the end is clutch too, as it calculates my calories, muscle groups moved and weight lifted. Love it! The personal trainer and motivation I’ve been looking for.
