Finally, a live console that we can use on the go! Knocking 2 stars for now until hopefully these are fixed: - frequent crashes when accessing console from iPhone6 - please optimize resolution for iPhone6 sized devices instead of scaling everything up - would be nice to be able to rearrange the watchlists in an order other than alphabetical

Excellent new features in the update - I was extremely happy to see the new console feature, but would be much happier if it did not crash. Hopefully a quick update will resolve that.
Console doesn't work

Crashes every time for awhile now. I guess VMware execs are too greedy to fund basic development of mobile apps. Update: Now instead of crashing it says "Console connections to ESXi are not yet supported in this version." Putting in an error handling message is hardly what I'd call progress.

Having the ability to monitor and control my hosts from the iPhone is pretty handy. Nice app and looking forward to updates.
No vcenter 6 support

Everything works great except for one feature the open console on vcenter 6. I keep hearing how they're going to update it to support six, but we see nothing. Is this even being developed?

This app is pretty horrible for what it says it is. I expect more from a major vendor like VMWare. There is no console to control a VM and my hosts don't update when I add/remove a VM. I currently am seeing a list of VMs from 6 months ago and nothing I do changes that. I like it for what does work and the idea behind it but it needs to be fully developed.

Good app so far with great features. When logged in, if you switch to another app and open Watchlist again, it is unable to validate session. The word "privileges" is spelled wrong. In the app, it is spelled "priviledges". This needs to be corrected in a future update.

I think this app has come a long way since its initial release, but it would be great if I could power on a host in standby (DPM support). That is about all it's missing IMHO. Thanks for the great app!

I like this app for simple monitoring of VMware hosts and VMs, I don't recommend opening up ESXi to the Internet for any purpose, however it will work over a wireless or VPN connection, which is how I use it. Only problem I have, is that since I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 6s Plus, the text is all mushed together in some of the menus, which makes it illegible. Otherwise it works well for basic and monitoring tasks.
