I finished the weekly challenges this week and last week and you didn't give me the prize either time. I earned 300,000 and was not given it.today is the challenge and you are not letting me play the 999999 keep coming up on the game l will be playing and the game stops winning and I go out of it and 99999 so I have to stop playing I use to love this game but their is to many problems and you cheat me on the challenges every week the first two weeks you did not give me my winnings now this week you won't let me play please fix this it is my favorite thanks

I love these slots and have bought points several times. I have a problem there is a 1 on the icon and it is frozen and I can't play I can't get it off---help. Somebody please help me. I want to play but the game will not open. I have about 2065,000 points and I am afraid I will lose them. I just bought points for the 4th time.
