Help – Viva Slots Vegas Slot Machines Review

I love these slots and have bought points several times. I have a problem there is a 1 on the icon and it is frozen and I can't play I can't get it off---help. Somebody please help me. I want to play but the game will not open. I have about 2065,000 points and I am afraid I will lose them. I just bought points for the 4th time.
