Decent but could be Awesome

Decent gameplay and pace. Needs to incorporate all the rules. Right of way under sail is ok, but before start and rounding right of ways are wrong. Incorporate corrected enforcement of rules, along with corrected speeds related to point of sail, and this will be Awesome.
