The app is easy to use in general. It would be good if there were pre made coping cards and activities to help when feeling at a loss for good alternative activities.

I haven't had this app for long, but as someone who battles major depressive disorder, I think this will really come in handy as I have been making coping skills toolboxes. The only issue I have is that it will not let me upload photos and kicks me off when I try. Otherwise, great app!

In less than seven hours of installing this app, I tried opening the app, For a brief moment, a black screen flashes and the app closes. I shut off my iPhone 6s hoping this action would resolve the issue. After turning my iPhone 6s back on, the issue has remained.
