Too many issues with credit card and shipping entry. Tons of promos about 20% off for new users - impossible to apply. Overall, it was a lousy new user experience.
No tall size option filter

I love your clothing and I admit, like to see something on the app and purchase on the fly but can’t because I need to see the tall sizes being 6’6”. I know you have those sizes and can easily get to them on the web but with the app, you can’t easily sort out.

I’ve had a few challenges over the years and even stopped shopping almost completely 2 years ago for a year because customer service said it was my problem that I didn’t receive my order from UPS and to deal with UPS, not them....in a very unfriendly way...so I never received any compensation from that order even though I contacted customer service and the store numerous times.... but worse than that, I didn’t find anybody who seemed to actually care. I had been one of their best customers for years because I loved their clothes and their customer service. I finally let it go and began shopping again, because it was only ruining my day getting angry. It was like one of your best friends didn’t want you around any more.... it really hurt. I now buy about 20% of what I had in the past, but I really enjoy my happy whale clothes, along with my 4 guys.... and I always love a good sale.

The app is perfect and streamlined everything about the shopping experience. I would give it 5 stars but they removed the Apple Pay function which is big inconvenience for me to not have so I’ll give it a 3. PayPal and entering my other cards is trash, bring back Apple Pay and hit rid of the crud you put in its place. Thanks :)

We absolutely love vv and what the company stands for. Family owned with strong family values; love it and support it. Our whole family wears the whales. Parents were in Portugal with their vv outfits always classic and preppy. We make sure our whales go out the world ;) We love the quality of their t-shirts ! My husband and son wear them until they have holes and even then the stitching still stands strong. Good job VV ! Keep it up and never loose your values!
