I had to tell you my fabulous experience at your Savannah store. I was shopping for a tie for my Grandson. While shopping my phone ran out of a charge and the manager and assistant manager cheerfully charged it for me. Their names are Raphael and Buhay. While waiting they had me sit down and gave me bottled water. After the charge I realized I had an hour walk to my parking garage. They ordered me Pedicab and I was on my way. They both exceeded “Do what’s right for the customer”. They are both a credit to fabulous customer service. Janet Adams Hudson, Oh.
Love products, but overpriced

As a grandmother, I would love to buy my grandchildren many more VV things than I do. The prices are out of sight for most Americans! I would rate quality 5, but pricing 1.
Can’t check availability in my store

Used to be able to check if an item was available in my local store. Can’t do this any longer. Would like that back!
Slow

The app is very slow! Want to add things to cart it won’t go until the Second or third try. Then I check cart some items aren’t there. Then I have to try to fine them again. Very annoying
