Love the app. Works great most of the time. Biggest issue I note is that after using it to for a week or so the app size becomes huge. Almost as if it is storing the streamed media on the phone (it’s over 2-3 gigs) and when I delete and reinstall and shrinks back down to a normal size for awhile. Not sure how to fix that because it is slightly frustrating. Otherwise it works great. Videos stream well. Keep up the good work!

This is my favorite network video streaming solution! I use it with Chromecast and feed it from my computer in the other room and control using this app- very convenient! + If I have a folder with 10 series of videos but start playing from the 4th episode, it will auto play the next video like Netflix or Hulu (as long as your directory is added to the library in the chrome app) - But when you view the media library in this app it’s hard to navigate + There’s auto subtitle feature and it works well most of the time, adding a subtitle when you don’t have it, provide A/B options - But this app should have a subtitle sync option and take advantage of the mobile interface, build a scroll based sync input. Having to go to the computer and adjusting the subtitle sync by second numbers while the tv is in the other room is a pain. With that being said, I’ll update my review as we go. If there was a day I didn’t use this app... ? 5 star in my heart!
Poorly designed and ineptly developed.

This app works in conjunction with a streaming application on your local network. The control options from the mobile app are abysmal and hang when you try to type search criteria. The developers charge you to create playlists and auto playing of consecutive files neither of which work well. The playlists are not even accessible from your mobile device. Add a total lack of support to the equation and you’ve got “VideoSqirm” the app!!!

Installed the app on my computer. Was streaming to my downstairs TV so REALLY was hoping they had a app to pause and such. Boom they do! Installed it, easy, loaded my library easy. Click play and it says it starting then gives me a error. I don’t know why because I can play the videos from my pc to my chrome cast device with zero issues. Just this app doesn’t want to work. Hope they fix it. Also this app should detect when something is already streaming and just profile the play controls.

Had it running within just a few minutes. Streamed a MKV file with no issues. Well worth the free price, and then some.

This app / video stream itself is amazing. So easy to use, simply select movie on PC and it streams to TV then use this app as a remote for volume/pause/stop etc. Significantly better then Plex, and it's free.

The basic app works well but be careful if you decide to pay for the premium app. A feature did not work as advertised and I was stonewalled when asking for a refund. I had to dispute the charge on my card to get my money back.
