Was good... until it changed

I’ve used this app for about 2 years. I paid the original $40 so I could use it “forever” as stated. Now there is this new subscription thing and I can no longer use it. I’ve tried paying the yearly $21 subscription fee, but it still doesn’t work. Keeps saying that I need to contact customer service... but I don’t know how to do that either. Doesn’t seem very fair that I have to pay ANYTHING more when I already paid an original fee. I’m so frustrated because my work depends on features of this app. Please assist me on this problem.

Easy to use at from first time, awesome themes, and layouts, just need more music selections and it will be better if songs can be added not just music. ❤️❤️

I think this app is awesome! Me and my friend have a YouTube channel and we can edit and post our videos within minutes! I definitely recommend this app

I always had the Vip subscription, but now it doesn’t work. I get a message to upgrade to Vip every time I open the app, but I already have it!!! My subscription is valid until next year! It’s so frustrating!! Please fix this problem! I need this app!

I used to love this app and now when I renew my vip account it says it’s an abnormal account and doesn’t let me use it. I had to cancel my subscription
