Was good... until it changed – VideoShow Video Editor & Maker Review

I’ve used this app for about 2 years. I paid the original $40 so I could use it “forever” as stated. Now there is this new subscription thing and I can no longer use it. I’ve tried paying the yearly $21 subscription fee, but it still doesn’t work. Keeps saying that I need to contact customer service... but I don’t know how to do that either. Doesn’t seem very fair that I have to pay ANYTHING more when I already paid an original fee. I’m so frustrated because my work depends on features of this app. Please assist me on this problem.
