File broken or not supported on Mac

I really like this app, I have been paying for the pro version for a short time. However since the last update, every time I try to import a video file from my photos, I get the message file broken or not supported. What is happening? Please address this Mac related issue. I am paying for the service and cannot open a video. Thank you

Purchased and used the app on my IPad. Now when trying to update I get a message that the app cannot be purchased because it is not compatible with my IPad. As stated earlier I had already purchased the app and used it. Strange issue.

I love this app! But it is starting to freeze at random and close out on it’s own. Transition or other online downloads no longer can access the internet within the app. Please release an update. I am a user of the paid version. iPhone X Thank You!

Updated to iOS 13 and now all videos are black. I can hear the video playing but I cannot see it. Please fix as this is what I use on a daily basis **UPDATE** Updated to iOS 13.1.2 It still does the same thing, can hear the videos but video is still all black. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still no luck. Please help!!!
