(Support) purchased pro, horrible resolution – Videoleap: AI Video Editor Review

Hey guys, I purchased your pro version because it made my editing so much easier with the type of video I shoot. But when I purchased your pro version I obviously started editing a little heavier and now all of my uploads have extremely poor resolution, looks like 360. I use a GoPro hero 5 in 1080 60fps and an IPhone 8 Plus so other apps are uploading fine. I’d be extremely grateful to resolve this issue since I just purchased pro last night. -Jackson
