I gets the job done as far as viewing my cameras. But it’s super laggy, sometimes it’ll take a minute to load the live camera. The UX could be better, it seems like the tappable area on buttons is minuscule cause I have to keep tapping on my selection several times for it to register. for the camera, a lot of times it doesn’t pick up when a human walks in the camera view (in regards to ‘All Events’), I constantly have to skim through the whole day to find something the camera should have detected. Recently/randomly, when I’m in the app I get a modal prompting a software update, when I tap to download nothing happens - there’s no action to let me know that I’m trying to select this and it seems like the whole update button is disabled as it’s a grey color. I guess I’ll just keep seeing the random update modal for forever? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Nice product for people like myself without a NVR for my network cameras. I set it up to save to a auxiliary hard drive that’s plugged into my computer so the files aren’t save directly to the computer. The options I’m sure are more than I am using but in the week I have been using it, love that now my cameras files are being recorded to a portable hard drive when motion is detected.

A month in now and it’s phenomenal. No issues only non stop home protection. Really put me at ease after a horrific crime took place in my neighborhood

I have 4 stars because of some minor issues but for the most part, I am pleased with this purchase. I had a slight problem setting it up there was slight differences in the LED color that the directions explained versus what the actual color was for the setup process (the camera has an LED that can display in different colors). The live feed for me is only off by about a second or two off (not too bad). When I’m home I turn the camera off but there seems to be a delay when I turn it back on before it reconnects (about 3-4 minutes or so). There again, for the price I paid I thought it was well worth the small investment and I’m pretty pleased. I would recommend this product.

You don’t say we have to pay for service in your add when it up for sale I don’t have cloud I don’t like cloud I will never get cloud but you try to force people to do what you won’t I’m sending it back to Amazon with the same reason I’m giving. People need to stop with the hidden information and stop forcing people to do what they won’t them to do it against God Laws it won’t configure unless we pay up a widow on a small fixed income don’t have a cold chance in hell with the way this generation do and lie to get what they won’t someone else money singalong

I feel secure knowing that my two coo cameras keeps me totally aware of what’s going on in my apartment at all times. What’s amazingly cool and comforting is to know that no matter what time of the night or day I call if some problems should come up , someone is always there ready to assist, they are exceptionally patient and kind. I called 1 am, I call 3am and they always answer and if not which happen about twice over the 3 yrs I have my cameras, they call me back under 3 minutes. I doubt if there are other companies out there who is availability 24/7 , I might be wrong , never experienced this with any one else. God bless and thanks guys
