So far, the camera has been well worth the money. Easy install set up, and very clear picture. Next step is to subscribe to the cloud storage. For now, the notifications and movement pictures are doing the job. Recommend to others looking for a reasonable security camera.

This app has been great for us prior to this latest update. The new update won’t allow me to turn the volume all the way down. So there’s ALWAYS noise. I can’t open the app while at work or in a quiet place because it’s blaring.
Feature taken away to force subscription

Used to be that you can view all locally recorded events from your server. Now you have to subscribe to their cloud service! Feature taken away just to force subscription. I don’t see the point as I still have to have a machine aggregating and uploading to the cloud.

Party I’ll go pro dome which claim to be a PTZ camera and find out later that it is not after I get overcharged for an app that I’m supposed to get free with a free amount of space and service and a big ordeal to get my money back... I really would go with Wyze for a ptz or somebody else... garbage. They took my money out the next day for the upsell that I didn’t want and it’s gonna take weeks to get back.

De que sirve que tengas cámaras si tienes que pagar por ver tus grabaciones y a parte usa muchos datos de tu wifi y tan alto el precio no vale la pena

It used to work well,not anymore.The sound & video cut off. I think I’d be happier with something else at this point. They really need to add night vision. Not so happy with it

I had an issue where the camera would not connect. After several attempts at trying guiding me through a fix, they connected to my computer and had it fixed within minutes. I even received an email from the founder and CEO asking if the problem was solved to my satisfaction.
