Game doesn’t pay, don’t play!

I was a VIP member and as countless reviews indicated, the game doesn’t pay. Just recently, I finally got in the top 20 of a tournament and the game simply didn’t give me my winnings. I recommend reading the critical reviews before spending any money on this game b/c if you play for anytime you’ll experience the same.

I’m back, really like the games and the app is good and the people behind the scenes are GREAT, don’t know why you need so many ads, I understand you need to make money, to many ads takes away from an outstanding app though ?☹️

I hit a Royal playing triple poker, $5 a hand, $15 per play. When I won, a pop up said I didn’t qualify for the mega because I needed to bet $1 x5 per hand and should increase my bet. I was betting $15 per try. I’ve won mega jackpots with the same bet. Check my account. What happened? I should have won $15,114 and you paid $4000. CherylHdz I appreciate your response, however I’m unable to send feedback through the Video Poker app. Don’t know why, but it won’t “send”. Can this error be resolved? Cheryl
Royal flush jackpot did not pay correctly

I hit a royal flush for around 4700 and it only paid the 4000. Pop up message said to contact you but was unable to do so. Please advise so i can get full payout.

First time on this site. I like the smooth interface and overall game play. This definitely will be my favorite place to practice my poker playing skills. Thanks for the bonus it was a surprise.
