App Crashes when trying to add voucher to Apple Wallet

Its a helpful app but app crashes when trying to add booking voucher to Apple Wallet which basically defeats the purpose of the features and convenience

This app is very misleading. It will book you at the wrong time for a tour without asking you, and then make it impossible to get your money back or even to change the tour time. It’s a total money trap. Do not use this app.

Totally worthless. Only the home splash screen comes up and the rest of the app doesn’t open. Home screen stays on anywhere from 15 seconds-2 minutes and then closes. Other reviews mention this as an issue for the past year or more. It makes no sense to me how Viator/TripAdvisor haven’t fixed this. At least they could add an “add to Apple wallet” option in the confirmation emails received from booking on the website.

Application crashes all the time when I want to add tickets to Wallet on the iPhone. Can you fix this bug? It should be an easy fix. I think this kind of bugs should be found prior to releasing application

My husband and I love Viator! We are currently in Rio de Janeiro and have completed some of the most amazing tours. The app and website are so easy to use. I do wish the support people on the phone were native English speakers, but they do try.
Site keeps crashing

I’ve used this app for years and love it. However, it started crashing. I have removed it and re-downloaded which hasn’t worked. Getting frustrated and looking for another app with these qualities but don’t crash.
