I booked a tour 4 years ago and have booked 5 more tours this year. They all have been great and I will always use Viator. It’s such a easy process and there’s many options to choose from. I recommend the app and recommend the tours, you will not be disappointed!
App is constantly crashing

I’m so sick of this app crashing. If I open it and really use it- looking for tours in multiple regions and clicking around, when I leave the app for a few minutes, I try to open it again and it just crashes. Refuses to open. The only solution is to uninstall/reinstall. I used to use this app for every tour I booked, now I’m looking at the tour companies directly because I’m sick of this behaviour.
Would of been lost in Europe without Viator

I booked 6 tours while in Barcelona, Italy and France. This app was simple to use and easy to communicate with the operators.

My first trip to Paris and I booked a tour to the Eiffel Tower - Fabulous!!! My tour guide Matthew was awesome and was so informative I learned so many things and had such a great time. I was very fortunate to be with a group of very nice people from all over the world. And I just booked another tour!

Love Viator and have used them for years to book excursions/events when traveling! Super convenient and I’ve found the prices to be very close, if not the same, as booking with the individual companies directly

The app refuses to open and there is no update to fix this!? What the hell!! Normally viator is great but the app literally doesn’t work so don’t get it
