I spent $250+ on concert tickets 26 days before the event. The day before the concert I kept checking the app for my tickets which still hadn’t been downloaded. I then got an email from Viagogo to say the seller no longer had tickets to sell. I could expect a full refund within 10 days (they’ve had my money for 5 weeks, and STILL NO REFUND) so incredibly disappointing. It seems that the business model is all wrong. If there’s no penalty for sellers with no tickets this cannot work. I will never use Viagogo again.
Paid extra for isle seat

I just want to put this out there for anybody planning on trying to get isle seats. I paid extra because I thought we were supposed to get an isle seat, well then I got an email saying the seller couldn’t come up with the tickets so they would replace them with the exact same seats just in a different section so I said ok. Well we got to the concert and what do you know we got stuck in the middle of the row, if I had known I would of rather had floor tickets. I’ll never order from this site again.

Bought tickets for Rolling Stones @Levi Stadium. Show cancelled and rescheduled for a night I could not go so tried to resell but they stopped the listing the day before event, calling them undeliverable but giving no reason. I should have bought them on stubhub. Then I could have sold them on stubhub. Viagogo is just a scam ticket seller. Never ever again. Lost almost $500 on tickets I can’t use and can’t sell. If o could rate no stars I would.

We would contact the Viagogo operators for days on end, leading up to the event date and never got our tickets. We were almost scammed until we cancelled at the last minute, figuring that we weren’t going to get the tickets. Don’t buy from this site. Instead use a more reliable online selling site. If you don’t want to stay on edge, biting your fingernails about when your tickets will be transferred to you, please buy from another site.

I bought tickets for Queen in Sunrise, i paid almost 1000$ for two tickets.... when i got to the venue they were Fake.... i tried to called them but nobody answered..
