I bought one concert ticket charged at $179.76. Found out later the face value was $48.00. Viagogo is big business ticket scalping with no transparency. Warn all concert goers about this scam. Class action lawsuits already in motion.

The first red flag is them not having their phone number on their website in the first place. I eventually found the phone number by looking at my credit card history. here it is for anyone who needs it: 1(877)2632410. But anyways it’s not even that helpful because it’s not a real call center. The lady who answered the phone was someone in her own personal home because I could hear her children crying in the background. She kept interrupting me and was very vague with answers. I was reselling tickets that I originally bought from them. I received an email saying that I needed to upload the E-tickets within 72 hours or else I will be fined, however they never actually sent me the tickets in the first place to upload them. I emailed them asking what was up and they said that I didn’t need to upload the tickets and not to worry about it. I called them to double check, and the lady on the phone said the exact opposite. It’s a scam. I’m not surprised if I won’t receive my tickets.

I purchased tickets thinking I was purchasing from the venue, when the artist rescheduled I was stuck with tickets I could not figure out how to resell. They have no support, no phone number! BEWARE!

I purchased 1 ticket to a Champions League game about 5 hours before the game. After completing the purchase, the app said that within minutes I will get the e-ticket uploaded. The ticket was NEVER loaded to the app. I contacted support around that time and they said they guarantee the purchase, I will get the ticket in a timely matter, and if not, I will get a replacement. So, I travelled to the Stadium, expecting to have the ticket before the game started. Around the time the game started, I didn’t get the ticket, plus, support stopped replying to me. The next day, I received an email that the order was cancelled, but of course, no additional refund for my time or the cost to travel to and from the stadium. This was the worst experience I had with buying pretty much anything online. Do not use this app, you will be burned like me!

Event was canceled because of a hurricane here in Miami. Although it was rescheduled it was out in time that I could not attend. I contacted viagogo and they have been ignoring me about getting a refund. Paid $560 for tickets to an event on an evening that did not exist.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Do NOT use this service to purchase tickets!! I bought tickets in June for an event in September. Everything was confirmed and there was NO INDICATION that my tickets were not guaranteed! They notified me the DAY BEFORE the concert that my tickets were no longer available and issued me a refund. Of course I’m happy about the refund but I wanted to go to this event! That’s why I bought tickets months in advance!!! It’s a total scam!!! They left me scrambling with less than 24 hours notice to purchase new tickets! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND INSECURITY AND DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR TICKETS!

Do not get tickets from this website. I tried getting tickets to Astroworld and a day before the festival they sent me an email stating that they’ll refund my money because they couldn’t get me the tickets that I ordered 2 months before the concert. NEVER AGAIN.
