Can’t pair, even worse UI

My son got this for Christmas and it won’t pair to his iPad. I tried it on my phone and it won’t pair there either. Same for my wife’s phone and the other iPad we have. What a disappointment. I knew it would be bad when the developer couldn’t even take the time to make the iPad version take up the whole screen on the pairing portion. If they don’t care enough about it looking awful, why would they care if it worked? Will be returning to the store because the app makes this device useless. Just an awful, unresponsive design even if you skip the pairing screen as well.

Does this app allow 2 trackers to be synced to one app? Great price, but can’t figure out how to sync two Trendy Pro trackers to one phone app.

sometimes it tracks your steps and sometimes not. In fact, it will NOT capture your steps more than it will. Itiwl track them on the watch itself, bit it will say ZERO when you open the app? you get what you pay for and this is indeed a piece of junk. The time was correct, now its several hours behind. do not purchase any stepper that won't count your steps or that uses the veryfit2.0

I purchased this item online for $20. I figured how bad could it be even if it doesn’t work as well as my Fitbit. It was DOA. I had to charge it all night to even get it to pair the next day. By the end of the day the battery was dead. No steps or other activity for the entire day. Not worth the hassle of a return.

They want to access all of your personal information! Credit Card information, Bank accounts, email, birthday, browsing history, EVERYTHING... I read the privacy policy in depth and disagreed and you cannot use the app at all without agreeing to those conditions. The watch is trash as well... everything is miscalculated. Check amazon you will find similar products around the same price but waaaay better quality and they do not require you turning over all your personal information to use them.
