I love this watch . Its simply awesome. I was gifted this watch and after using this it simply excellent. And customer service is also so good that , they cleared many of my doubts through mail. , morefit is so good

App not working!

With this update my app no longer works. Can't update time, clear steps....can't even set up app. Every thing worked before.

I started using very fit 2.0 to help keep track of my actual steps and at the end of the day if I don’t log them onto my app or on my phone the next morning when I go to that day my steps are at zero and also when I check for weekly it’s not keeping my steps or syncing and it’s very frustrated. I’m probably going to stop using if this doesn’t get fixed. Your last update was 5 months ago, well there needs to be another one to fix this problem. Disappointed user

Stuck on military time

Directions say it will sync the time with your phone but the watch is stuck on military time and my daughter won’t use it. Pretty worthless app and watch if we can’t fix the time on it.

Not able to see steps on App

After linking my device to the app and setting it up it still doesn’t show that I’ve taken any steps on the app even though my device says I’ve taken 9,000 steps today.

Arrow problem

My VeryFit watch has an arrow on it but I don’t know what to do. I think it means that you have to update it but please comment back because I need help

This app won’t pair at all with my iPhone 6 and the only part of the app that worked on my iPhone 5 was the portion that showed the remaining battery life. This app is not worth the time it takes to try installing
