Worst app on the planet!

This app does NOT work and Verizon wants to bill you $15 per month to use it. Then when you discontinue it they want to keep billing you for it and say it’s not them billing you. They claimed it some third party. Might leave Verizon over this app it’s that bad! Been a customer for over 15 years.

I purchased a number for my business and have attempted to make calls. The call are made over an internet connection. It’s not like a conventional cell phone connection from what I can tell. Call quality is so bad the service is unusable. It doesn’t matter whether I connect to wi-fi or use my data connection. Same terrible service.

It's been nice to have my business line and personal line on one device. Call quality had been great.

I used this for my business line so I could use my cell phone for personal and business use. It seems to work fairly reliably for texting. But for phone calls...nope. A customer just told me they couldn’t get through no matter how many times they called. Another customer called and went straight to voicemail, the phone never rang on my end. I do not recommend this and I will be terminating my account.

I do like having a business line attached to my personal cell...I disliked carrying two phones around with me. Sometimes I can’t make calls, but if I wait a few minutes, it begins working again.

Adding another number has been so easy and convenient while saving money. Easy to switch over to the other number. However, I have had several complaints about the number is not working on many occasions. This has been an on and off problem.
Cannot get Verizon to stop charging me for this!

Don’t bother with this app. I made the mistake of getting it when I needed a work phone line (like other reviewers). App stops working several times a week... can’t make any phone calls... can’t receive any phone calls...numerous call to customer service. Have spoken to numerous techs. Have spoken to network techs. No resolution!!! Save your money and find a different product
