You basically select any drink button hoping the slots will stop at at any number that are 3 of a kind (333, 555, 777, etc.). This will get you Fever Mode where you touch the lit buttons before the timer ends. It's an alright game, it pretty much boils down to chance each time to get 3 of a kind one after the other to get a high score.
