Nice Simple App

This app has a good clean interface - easy to start and stop a ride. It tracks your route and gives you a nice summary at the end. Open it up on the phone for more details. I just wanted something to track my ride from the watch and this was perfect.
Unable to get app to work on iPhone past couple weeks...?

-- Have been using velopal app to monitor our cycling for the past couple years with varying degrees of success. Happen to notice that a few rides weren't recorded and then this past weekend - we're unable to sign on after repeated attempts. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck at all. Submitted a couple of Customer Service requests on the Velopal site but no response... Wonder if others experiencing similiar or Velopal's retired...?

From the past few days velopal stopped responding.Cannot record any activity it simply says No activity to show.And also cannot login saying network problem.Why is this happening.Pls fix it asap.

Really good app. You can find apps with more bells and whistles but not many. And this one does everything I would ever want. Easily and fully customizable with one neat feature I've never seen on any other app: auto pause when you stop. ***update 6/22/17 Company seems to have gone belly up. Server stopped responding about June 9. No responses to emails or customer feedback. Facebook and twitter not active. Too bad--was the best app out there. I may be forced to migrate to Strava--yuck. ***update 6/23/17 after two weeks of non responsiveness the app seems to be working again. A bunch of my data was lost but at least the app is functioning now.

This app still works on my phone, but has become increasingly buggy. Some features stopped working a couple weeks ago. Went to the website to investigate and Velopal.com no longer works. What a tragedy! This app was awesome.
Works but very frustrating

I've been using this for almost two months and I've got to say I'm getting pretty frustrated with this app. Works about 80% of the time. The other 20 it likes to tease you and show you it's working but then when you end your ride it doesn't record anything. Which makes it hard to get an accurate weekly readings. I hope they fix this SHI+
Total Authentication Fail

Neither the Google nor the Facebook authentication was working. Any app that requires (yet another) username and password to function - when it ought not need any authentication in the first place is a firm 1 star.
