Downloaded this app in hopes of locating local places to eat while traveling. Liked that you could suggest places, BUT they do not allow to suggest places that have mostly meat with vegetarian or vegan options. For this, this app receives one star. Loosen up and allow for suggestions on places that offer meat alternatives. Missing out on a large queue of places. If it’s the planting a tree for suggestion promise, modify to say that for every vegetarian or vegan place suggested you will plant a tree.

The food was so fresh, the owners were so nice and the food was the best vegan food I have eaten. They have good desserts also. I can’t stop thinking about their food, one items was just as delicious as the other. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Thought this app would be great for finding food options when traveling. However, because they exclude any restaurant with meat on the menu, you miss out on a lot of great (and a lot of times the ONLY) options to eat at. Doesn’t help us any because I ended up searching through menus for vegan dishes on my own.

Nice start, but in a first search a (dairy) ice cream shop was described as mostly vegan when it’s mostly not. It appeared to have 500 reviews but they were imported from Google, not from people who were there for the few vegan flavors.
Buggy, constantly crashes

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the app, maybe it’s because my location permission is disabled? But the app crashes on launch every time that I open it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it works the first time that I use it, but then after that it just will never open. Also, the map has a dark overlay that makes it hard to see locations and street names

Love the app and it makes it easy to find vegan options. A great compliment to Happy Cow in my vegan arsenal.
